I obtained my real estate license in 2003 through a home study course from the Illinois Association of Realtors. Thru 2011, Stefanie Pratt & Associates has closed over 560 transactions with buyers and sellers combined.
A little about me, from 95’ to 2003 I worked as a sales and marketing rep for Orange & Blue Distributing, where I made many friends and community connections. While I was starting my real estate career, I worked part-time at Andrae’s Harley Davidson.
In 2004, I was honored by the Champaign County Association of REALTORS with the "R.O.O.K.I.E. of the Year" award, given to a promising new agent that has passion & dedication to their clients, career, & community. I also received the "President's Circle - signifying the Top 9% International of Coldwell Banker Agents Internationally" at the International Banquet, Orlando, FL. I have maintained that award throughout my career as an individual agent or with a team of two or three agents to date.
2006 I started my team, "Stefanie Pratt & Associates". I was highlighted & featured in RIS Media’s national real estate magazine as one of the Top 50 Realtors on the Rise in 2007. In 2008, we achieved status of being the top selling agent/team for Coldwell Banker Devonshire Realty and started rising as a full team in the area, where we continue to maintain a top producing status.
In 2009, I received two community awards, the Top 20 Professionals to Know in Champaign County by the Illini Radio Group and the Top Forty under 40 Professionals to Know by Central Illinois Business Magazine.
2010 proved to be a challenging but rewarding career year as Coldwell Banker Devonshire Realty sold out to Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell in the fall. We are now part of a huge, franchise that is growing all of the time.
2011 continued to be a great year as well as we continue to market and enjoy working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges and styles. I am the first Realtor to have their own Real Estate APP for all of the phones. Check it out, StefaniePrattHomes.
To show my continued support to the community, I will continue to donate $100 to a local non-for-profit organization for every home I sell. I ask each seller and buyer to choose where I send donations throughout the year so they have a say in where those donations go.
Community involvement is very important to me and I look forward to being involved in the future growth and expansion in Champaign County. I have worked with many fundraisers & continue to support them through donations throughout the year. Local Board & Committees I have served on are: Eastern Illinois Home Builders Association, Champaign County Humane Society, Center for Women In Transition, Champaign Rotary, Women’s Business Council, Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, American Heart Association, and the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce. I have also served on many committees on our local Board of Realtors.
I rely & enjoy home study courses that allow me to further my education. My past education includes Champaign County Chamber of Commerce Leadership, Dale Carnegie Sales, Relocation, Commercial and Investments Courses, numerous work study programs for Real Estate, along with 32 hours at Parkland College that started it all off!
